Instructional Technologist @ American College of Cardiology (ACC)
As Instructional Technologist at the American College of Cardiology, I spearheaded innovative educational initiatives that transformed program delivery and significantly enhanced eLearning product offerings. My leadership in systems and content development resulted in measurable improvements across our grants program and Learning Content Managment System (LCMS) health.
When I joined ACC, I stepped into a pioneering instructional technologist position created to bridge the gap between educational innovation and sustainable funding strategies. This greenfield opportunity allowed me to architect comprehensive grant development systems while designing transformative learning experiences for cardiovascular professionals worldwide.

I transformed the organization's approach to grant development and educational program design, establishing systematic processes in agile that cut development time by several weeks and generated a 66% increase in asset development and deployment while advancing cardiovascular medical education on a national scale.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to establish new quality assurance protocols, ensuring consistent educational excellence across all ACC certification programs
My work at ACC demonstrates expertise in translating complex medical education requirements into engaging, effective learning experiences that drive both individual and organizational success.
